- Preventive Genomics - Aging and Prevention by Gene Polymorphisms.
- Cell-Based Therapy and Application in Clinical Practice.
- Cancer Prevention Pathway and Embryonic Stem Cells.
- Live Cell Therapy - Can Cell Therapy Revitalise Dysfunctions of Organ Systems?

- Mesenchymal Stem Cell Treatment for Parkinson's, Spinal Cord Injury and Myocardial Infarction.
During the opening speech Prof Dr Wimpie Pangkahila stated that, since 2005 Bali has been appointed as a place for Asia Pacific Conference on Anti-Aging Medicine. Since then Bali showed its role in developing Anti-Aging Medicine through the Udayana University. In line with the project, Bali has also been centered for the development of Master Degree Postgraduate Program in Anti-Aging Medicine at the Udayana University. This very much answer to the big question "who has competence in practicing Anti-Aging Medicine"? And the development of this world's first program has inspired other countries to develop the same program.
Prof Dr Robert Goldman remarked that in almost every country, the proportion of people aged over 60 years is growing faster than any other age group, as a result of both longer life expectancy and declining fertility rates. This population ageing can be seen as a success story for public health policies and for socioeconomic development, but it also challenges society to adapt, in order to maximize the health and functional capacity of older people as well as their social participation and security.
The CEO of WAAAM-Asia (World Anti-Aging Academy of Medicine) Stephen Tjandra stated: "We are very proud and enthusiastic to be able to conduct such a very prestigious event in this beautiful island. We do not stop here. Hard work has been put in-place to move on with the plan, to show the world that we are capable of doing something in this industry and to position Bali as one of the leaders in the health care business. There is a lot of things need serious attention in the future as we grow, and with a strong team I believe the objective of the organization will be realistically achieved."
